Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others.
The Service
Peetcho helps content creators research brands, generate pitch emails using AI, and send emails via their connected Gmail account.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of brand data, contact information, or AI-generated content.
Gmail Integration
When you connect Gmail, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf. Emails are sent from your own Gmail account. You are responsible for the content you send and must comply with Gmail's terms of service.
We do not read or access your inbox. You can disconnect Gmail anytime from Settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
- Send deceptive or fraudulent emails
- Scrape data or abuse AI features
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
- Share or resell access to the Service
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. All payments are non-refundable, though we may consider requests case-by-case. You can cancel anytime and retain access until your billing period ends.
No Guarantees
We make no promises regarding email deliverability, response rates, or securing brand deals. Results depend on many factors outside our control. The Service is a tool to assist your outreach—success depends on your own efforts.
Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Australian law.
